Therapy Services
at Maison Fleur

Maison Fleur offers private-pay therapy services for adults and couples in Missouri. Sessions are available in person in St. Louis and via telehealth throughout Missouri. Care is attachment-informed, trauma-aware, and thoughtfully tailored to intimacy and relational concerns.

Services Offered

  • Couples therapy offers a structured, collaborative space for partners seeking repair, reconnection, and deeper understanding.

This work may support couples navigating:

    • Communication breakdowns or recurring conflict

    • Emotional or physical disconnection

    • Infidelity, betrayal, or trust repair

    • Fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, or major life transitions

    • Differences in desire, intimacy, or relational needs

Therapy is active, engaged, and focused on patterns rather than fault — helping partners move from recurring conflict toward clearer communication and steadier connection.

It’s common for one partner to feel more ready than the other — this dynamic itself often becomes part of the work.

  • Intimacy and sexuality are central components of relational health, addressed here with care, depth, and clinical expertise.

Therapy may include work around desire differences, sexual pain, trauma or abuse, shame, boundaries, embodiment, and the relational impact of sexual concerns. Sexual concerns are never treated as isolated problems — they are understood within the full emotional and relational context of your life.

Conversations about intimacy can feel vulnerable or difficult to begin. Sessions are guided at a pace that honors emotional safety while allowing for thoughtful and meaningful exploration.

Care is informed by advanced training and certification in sex therapy (CST) and approached with professionalism, sensitivity, and respect.

  • Individual therapy supports adults seeking deeper self-understanding, steadier emotional regulation, and greater connection within themselves and their relationships.

    Focus areas may include:

    • Anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm

    • Trauma, attachment wounds, and recurring relational patterns

    • Identity exploration, self-worth, and boundaries

    • Relationship and intimacy concerns

    • Life transitions and relational stressors

The pace and focus of individual therapy are shaped by you — what you bring, what feels most pressing, and what you’re ready to explore.

  • Premarital counseling is offered for couples entering marriage thoughtfully, including couples fulfilling preparation requirements of their faith tradition or officiant.

Lily is a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator and integrates this structured assessment when it meaningfully supports a couple’s shared values, commitments, and long-term vision for marriage.

  • Discernment counseling is a short-term, structured process for couples experiencing significant uncertainty about whether to continue their relationship. Unlike couples therapy, discernment counseling does not focus on repair — it focuses on clarity.

This work offers a steady and emotionally attuned space for each partner to reflect with personal responsibility, thoughtfully considering whether to pursue repair or move toward separation.

  • Maison Fleur provides discreet, thoughtful support for individuals and parents navigating separation, divorce, and post-divorce transitions.

This work supports emotional stability, communication, and thoughtful co-parenting during periods of change. Therapy is distinct from legal proceedings and is not a substitute for custody evaluations, forensic assessments, or legal recommendations.

In some cases, therapy may occur alongside mediation, collaborative divorce, or court involvement. When appropriate, coordination with attorneys or guardians ad litem can occur with written consent, while maintaining clear therapeutic boundaries.

To support this process, Lily is certified as a Co-Parenting Specialist.

  • Clients may also seek therapy for overlapping or co-occurring concerns that impact emotional and relational wellbeing, including:

    • Eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image

    • Obsessive-compulsive patterns and anxiety-related concerns

    • Panic and mood-related concerns

    • Depression

    • Faith or spirituality as it relates to identity and relationships

    • Personality-related patterns impacting relationships

As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), Lily brings advanced training in the assessment and treatment of eating disorders within a relational, trauma-informed framework.
