About Maison Fleur
Maison Fleur was created for adults who value depth, intention, and meaningful care — and for the belief that therapy works best when it feels personal, unhurried, and genuinely safe.
I’m Lily Pernoud, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Sex Therapist providing therapy for intimacy and
relational connection in Missouri.
My work centers on intimacy, attachment, and the patterns that shape how we connect — with others and with ourselves. Much of this work sits at the intersection of relational trust, intimacy, sexuality, and the body’s role in intimacy and connection.
Intimacy and relational healing are not peripheral concerns — they are central to how people experience their lives. That is why this work matters to me, and why I approach it with the care I do.
Philosophy & Approach
Healing happens most sustainably within safe, attuned relationships — including the therapeutic one. Therapy at Maison Fleur is collaborative and client-centered, with attention to emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and bodily awareness. Rather than positioning myself as the expert on you, we work together to understand what shapes your experience, build emotional safety, and strengthen your capacity for intimacy and connection.
Care at Maison Fleur is unhurried, respectful, and tailored to the individual or couple in front of me. The work is guided by consent, curiosity, and a shared commitment to meaningful change.
I am drawn to this work because I believe that being truly known, and truly safe, changes people. That conviction shapes everything about how I practice.
